Tasmanian Devil (pinky)

Just before I had decided to leave for home after work this morning around 3am, I went fishing.

I took out this lure out and gave it a try...

Guess what?

I catch 5 barramundis with it. I almost lost the lure to the last fish when the 30lbs leader gave way right infront of me... the fish took the hook with it and left the lure lying lifelessly in the bank not more than a feet away... phew... Thank God!

If later I could have some time again, I will give the rest of the pack a try.

This is not the little devils but the real big brother of the devil's gang.

Nice lure! Tough, cast well, fish well... Fish love them!!!

Was surprised the big pond changed owner with 5 tonnes fishes released on Good Friday, as it was not mentioned here leh. Since this site is dedicated to your pond activities, any news should be made here.
2nd surprise was now pro-fishing pond customer has to walk all the way to the new office to pay while the staff just sits around gesticulating 'go pay there 1st'. The was no consolation for the long walk when your ticket shows exactly the start time when you are at the office paying, with no allowance for the 2 way journey, not to mention the queueing time to purchase bait.

Hi anonymous,

This site of mine is not really dedicated to my job site but just about my life. Yes, I have published many posts in regards to my job but it doesnt mean that I have to go on writing about my job here. Sorry about this.

Regarding walking to the new counter to purchase the tickets, I have already checked with my staffs and they claim that they had misunderstood the management instructions regarding this matter. You dont have to purchase the tickets yourself at the new counter which is only just around the corner of the same building. You could wait for my staff to approach you for ticketing.

We are undergoing restructuring and pls bear with us meanwhile as we are doing our best to improve our facilities in the park.

Thank you very much for you support and feedback, greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Hope to see ya around at the pond and do intro too.

;)

So sori bro., thot this is the pond's official site. BTW, I think this is the only site 2 communicate & share thot about the pond rite ?. Its a cool site man.

Maybe u could let the management(u 1 of them rite?)know about a suggestion 2 post any notice on upcoming events/happenings 4 the pond at every shelters. As u can c, most anglers(I'm 1 of them) hardly(or ever) walk 2 the office where them notices r posted. Remembered sometime ago me & a few other anglers were there around 11.30am eagerly looking 4ward 2 a bountiful catch & when reached there was told pond reserved till 6pm.

I think we all almost cried that faithful day. LOL........

Hey anonymous,

You have your point but we have our difficulties too.

We couldnt be pasting annoucements anywhere we want as National Parks' rules and regulation are very stringent.

Well, I will try to put up more information here for all to view.

It should help a little and no more crying... ok?

;P

Alrite bro., we do understand ur constraint. I guess posting notices here is better than nothing.

BTW, luckily I was not free 2 go down last Sat., so took leave & went on Fri. And then didn't check ur site 2 update any news until y'day & realised it was closed on 22 Apr again. Wah, 'heng' ah....otherwise must cry again. LOL
