"Why are you asking questions when the answers are written clearly?"

"Hi, how much is prawn fishing per hour? Hmmm... (looking at the price list). $14.50 for an hour?"

I pointed at the price list which she was looking at and then... she asked the same question again?

Then she asked.... "Why?" (She was asking why is $14.50/hr for prawn fishing.)

I just wonder why.....

Chinese have a very weird habit. For example when your friend saw that you are having your meal and he will ask you, "Having your meal huh?"

If you are watching news, he will ask, "Oh, watching news?"

If you are reading, he will ask, "Reading?"

well, i assume she was just trying to strike a conversation... same for your latter examples.

anyway, you should put up a standee of your charges away from the counter, so they can stare and digest the standee instead of crowding at the counter. =)

Standees are around. Maybe just like you mentioned, they just wanna strike a conversation.

same goes for life taking . why ask , when you are already at the top or bottom floor , which direction you going ? with that being said , I experimented a bit once and said the lift was moving to the left , the lady just muttered thank you and walked in . I wonder if she heard me at all .

Hi tanmikel,

Many a times when I wrote such things on my blog, many pple simply just read them literally. The messages behind are simply left out but if someone takes abit more time to think about what I have written, it is more than meet the eyes.

Although the messages behind are not really clear but in a way or two... something will prick your mind in regards to your life right now. Each person sees things differently and each receives and perceives messages differently too.

"It's so long..."
"No... it is very wide...."
"Long..."
"Wide..."
