I just got home from fishing... my friends were doing surf fishing while I went around playing with my camera. I fed a number of sandflies... (I even took a closeup on one of them before I ended its life... sorry...)
We had a wonderful dinner. First, I ate beef kway teow... then we moved to another part of Changi hawker center to Kok Liang's uncle BBQ stall. We ate sambal kankong, sambal squid and steam golden trevallies!!! (We caught nothing during fishing... err... lots of cresent perch actually.)
Hey people, if you have the chance please give it a try. The fish is so sweet and the flesh just melt in my mouth... yummy!!! I am still enjoying the aroma left over from the dish... heavenly...
