"bay's" night workout...

Tonight, it is a "bay's lures" workout night. I had a total of 9 lures by bay's but now I have only 4. Lost one to snag... and the rest... all to fish... Tired... I rather let the pictures do the talking... It's time to rest...

I went fishing again... this time... I use... a carp!!!

I had a few hits and line just went peeling off my Cal50... heart pounding...

But... but... only one barramundi was landed.....

After all the abuse... this lure's lip broke... one hook broke...

Guess what... the surface of the lure is still so new and almost scratches despites numerals hits.

The swimming action is very good but dont know why the lip broke... otherwise, this is a good lure to have...

And one more thing, only can hold one treble... maybe that's why I had so many misses...

After messing around with Photoshop CS... I came out with this... oh well, if any of you members are reading this, dont miss this out hor... remember those big barramundis that arrived some times ago? It's time for you all to have fun with them... see ya all!!!

I had a little time... for some good fun...

Today, new fish arrived just after noon. It was so hot but thank God, the sky was very cloudy.

The immersed heat was making so sleepy but I managed to sort out tons of paper work.

Just as my eyes were almost closing, all were done. Then I went to Whitesand for some serious aircon... hahaha.

I went to the post office and then had lunch. Next, I went to get some stationary for the office.

I must really thank that guy who inverted airconditioning system... without such a system... many pampered pple would be 'scorched' to death. Hahaha...

After I came back, I took a look at my bay's lures... all are sitting there 'begging' me for some action. I took out two... and there, some nice fishing was installed... ;P

I hit a nice barramundi, est. at about 4kg. It took my Cal50 about 15mins to subdue it. My Scorpion XT had a good workout too.

After I landed the biggie. I switched to another color, blue. First cast... twitched, twitched x 2... twitched...

My YGK PE2 went screaming out of the reel...

A GOLD POMPY!!!

This little fellow was tough and it took line without much resistance at all. Its fins were cutting thru the surface of the water spectacularly.

I had fun...

I still have some more bay's to be tested out. Hopefully, I have more time soon...

Est. about 4kg on the scale. It took me about 15mins on my Cal 50 with Scorpion XT. Nice fish with nice power. 

The hooks are really sharp, nicely embedded in the lips. 

This is actually my second golden pomfret using artificial.  

Hmmm..... interesting..... 

What a nice weekend for many anglers at PRPP... I wish to have some fun too... ;P

One more angler caught himself a $20 prize too just when the sky got dark.

This lucky angler won himself a $20 today. When I asked him to post for photo, he pasted his cash on the fish...  

Fish head curry....... I want fish head curry..... 

Another nice fish, a decent barramundi!!! Well done!!! 

Finally, James caught his grouper at the pro pond. Well done!!! 

Wooo.... another nice grouper today... Suddenly I feel like eating fish head curry... *slurp* 

I was working on the accounts and suddenly I heard some commotion outside. I peeped out of the window and... This lucky angler actually caught two of these groupers. 7.4kg and 5.7kg respectively. Cool! 

I am a 'fish person'. I love 2 eat fish...

Today, in the hot noon sun, more fishes arrived.

Looking at snappers and barramundis do not really arouse my appetite about eating them but today was different...

My mind is all about....

"Steam them steam them steam them steam them steam.... THEM!!!"
(the above is refering to the pomfrets)

"Fry them fry them fry them fry them fry them fry.... THEM!!!"
(the above is referring to the 'red eyes')

I WANT TO EAT THEM!!!

"EErrr......... I am getting hungry simply by lookng at them...... steam them steam them are the words ringing in my head... *swallowing hard*" 

These 'red eyes' (trevally family) sure look nice and good in the fry pan...
